Union Street Gallery's " A Little Garden Art" Garden Walk 2011
|
Stroll the grounds of 10 of the most beautiful and unique gardens in Homewood, Flossmoor, Olympia Fields, and Park Forest. Hosted by volunteers, gardeners and Union Street Gallery’s own working artists, each garden will delight and inspire you. Chat with the Gardeners as they describe their personal garden retreats, watch the Artists-in-the-Gardens as they capture the scene in paint, paper, sculpture or the written word. Each garden reveals the personality of its creator; each artwork will capture your memory of the day. Enjoy this delightful hometown event with family and friends.
Proceeds benefit Union Street Gallery, a not-for-profit 501(c)3 arts organization. Proceeds help fund our continuous efforts to provide the Chicago Southland with free and accessible exhibitions and art education opportunities.
