Artist Statement 

Funky, whimsical, fun, sometimes serious or thoughtful, my art is inspired by multitudes of collections of paper ephemera, glass, metal, vintage games and pieces, vintage found objects, and female figures & dolls. Large and small works of art created for viewing or wearing, evolve in many directions as I work. Textures and surfaces are formed by repeated layering, construction, and manipulation. Incorporating text or words adds another dimension for the mind and eye. I continue to explore the boundaries of my materials and imagination.
