Artist, Patricia Moore, Donates Dramatic Painting to Help Support Regional Art Gallery
"Taylor's Garden" Acrylic
Patricia Moore, a regional artist whose paintings are in many art collections nationwide, has generously donated an acrylic painting entitled, “Taylor’s Garden” to Union Street Gallery for a silent auction. Brilliant colors cover the four foot by four foot canvas portraying a mysterious landscape with a deep scarlet sky and rich green expanse dotted by tiny yellow houses and splashes of red that hint at a path. Moore is a mixed media artist, a teaching artist of children and adults, and tireless supporter of the arts. The painting is valued at $2600 and is on view at Union Street Gallery.
