Rentals include:

• Use of the first and second floor galleries including stage area for muscians
• Guided viewing of artists studios based on availability, day, and time of event
• Gallery support staff on premises during event
• Six 6 ft. rectangular tables and 60 chairs (round tables seen in pictures above are rentals)

* Renters are responsible for set-up and clean up, which must be included in the total rental time

Rates

$100 per hour, with a minimum of 3 hours to book

Capacity

150 people standing, 75 seated

All bookings are subject to availability. All rentals are booked for times outside gallery hours. No rentals will be booked during regualr gallery hours.

Education Room Rental

Need a space to host a small meeting, study group, class or workshop? Union Street Gallery's Education Room is the perfect environment for any class or meeting!

• Education Room fits up to 30 people
• Room includes (4)  rectangular tables and 30 chairs
  • Extra tables and chairs available upon request

* Renters are responsible for set-up and clean up of the space used

Rates

• 2 hours or less during gallery hours: $30 donation
  • Additional hours during gallery hours: $15 doantion per hour
• 2 hours or less during non-gallery hours: $50 donation
  • Additional hours during non-gallery hours: $15 doantion per hour
• $30 refundable cleaning deposit required to return the gallery to the original condition

Main Gallery

Duration: 3 days (Friday to Sunday) up to 1 month (4weeks) |  Dates are chosen based on gallery availability. It is best to book at least 1 year in advanced.

Studio Galleries

Duration: 4-8 weeks. Based on Studio Gallery availability. Studio Galleries are rented on a first-come first-serve basis and should be booked one month in advanced.

Rates: $150/month
